Our story

I remember well my grandmother, who lived in a traditional and natural way, in a remote mountain village, just as people had lived for thousands of years before her. With his hard-working hands, he prepared delicious and healthy food in the wood-fired oven, which my grandfather made from carved stone. And so,... that simple device enchanted me and continues to amaze me with its ingenuity to this day.

Throughout history, many peoples have used wood-fired ovens in various parts of the world to prepare food, as evidenced by the many archaeological finds.

Even as a child, I enjoyed experimenting with dough, I started making different types of breads, pizzas and dreamed of having my own oven. After I got my first oven, I wanted to help other enthusiasts like me to realize their dreams and enjoy this interesting hobby... which can become a profession for someone.

Today, as PIZZA EXPERT, we try to offer different types of ovens, which will be able to bring the traditional way of cooking closer to today's modern world and dynamic lifestyle. From the smallest ovens for hobby and home use, suitable for the kitchen, terrace... to the largest ovens for large restaurants, catering and public events. Where there is no option for a wood-fired oven, the same ovens are made with gas and some models with electricity.

Even today, food prepared in traditional ovens is of unsurpassed taste and quality, much better than food prepared in the latest highly sophisticated cooking technology.

Oven ... that means: delicious food, nature, relaxation, pleasure, companionship... .
